免許更新Licence Update

免許センターのHPにこんなアナウンスもあり、7時には自宅を出発。この辺りはG/Wじゃないので時間帯的に出勤モード。混雑する1号線側はやめて北の高速道路で行くことに。浜松インターが近いのかなと思っていたけど、ナビの指示は浜松西インターから環状県道65線の指示。うーん、そうだったけか？と疑いながら指示に従ったけど、7時40分には着いたから良しとしよう。8時前だというのに、既に外人組が10名程受付で並んでおり（一応開始時刻は8時半から）、何となく列のない列に並び列を構成してみる。8時5分前に制服のおっさんが来て、今日は1000人くらい来る予定ですから、8時から開けますとのこと。おお、ラッキーと思いつつ速攻で受け付けを済まし、名前の記入でもたついている外人・老人をぶち抜き、目の検査、受付、お金を払った後、2Fで写真撮影、講習会とトップで通過。講習会もゴールドカードで20分しか無かったんで、8時半には終了。早く終わって良かった。

As there was an announce in the home page of the Shizuka West Driver Licence Center like this , I went out my home before 7 o'clock. Because it was not in G/W yet in this region , the road condition was a little bad. I guessed that the route 1 of the south side was on traffic jam , so I decided to go from the express way of the north side. I thought the Licence Center was near the Hamamatsu interchange ,but the navigation directed to go down the Hamamatsu Nishi interchange and to go through the belt way route 65. As I doubted it , it was assumed that this was good because of arrival at 7:40. Foreigners group already lined up before 8 o'clock (Starting time was from 8:30) , I vaguely lined up and tried to make a row.Mr. uniform came there at 7:55 and he explained that 1000 of people might come because of G/W so he decided to open from 8 o'clock. I thought it was lucky. And I finished the reception , I went to examine my eyes and the desk and the payment after I wrote a form faster than foreigners and elderly. I passed through them and went up 2nd floor. A photography and a 20 minutes class for Gold Licensers. I finished them by 8:30. I was lucky that they were finished early.

人混みCrowd

朝方、事務所に電話して水遊び場が開放されているという情報を得てから浜名湖ガーデンパークに子供を連れて出かけてみる。晴れてはいるけど、ちょっと風が強くて水遊びには微妙な天候ではあったけど、隣の子も併せて水遊びモードになっていたんで、今日は水遊びできるところに連れて行くのが必須条件だったかも。G/Wのイベントなのか、フラワーフェスティバルなるイベントをやっており、ゲート前に着いたのは朝9時だったけど大渋滞。おそらく、昼前までには数千台は置けると思われる駐車場は満車になったのでは？ただ、基本的に花目的の人が多いのもあって、午前中は水遊び場は閑散としており、こちらとしてはラッキーかな。水遊びや遊具など基本的には無料施設ですけど、借りる自転車系だけは有料。維持だけでもそこそこかかると思われるけど、結構太っ腹な公園ですよね。私にとっては、重要なフルシーズンの撮影テスト場でもあるので無くならないで欲しいけど。

We went to the Hamanako Garden Park with my son and his friend after I confirmed to call the office and get information that the water playing space is opened. Although it was fine today , it was windy and cold a little to play by water. As they became the mode to play by water , so I had to take them to be able to play by water. The flower festival seemed to have been held there today as it was in G/W. When I arrived in front of the gate of the park , it was a heavy traffic jam. The parking lot seemed to be able to park thousands of cars , but it might be full by the noon.Basically people were almost for flower's tour , so we were lucky that it was vacant in the space of playing by water. Only lending bike is charged fee but the entrance and the space of water and the playground equipment are free. It seems that the maintenance spends much cost , but I think that the park is generous. I expect not to be closed because I use to photography in a full season.

無限エダマメInfinity Soybean

ハピネットで注文していた無限エダマメが発売日（4/26）になったということで到着。いわゆる癒し系商品で、家族分で3つ程購入してみたりする（一つは会社で分析用）。早速開けて試してみたところ、微妙に引っかかりを感じて滑らかさが足りないかもしれない。もうちょっと、ヌメッとしたプリュッ、プリュッとした切れの良い感じが欲しいが、作り物ではこんなモノかな。オイルか何か潤滑剤でも付ければ感触は良くなるかも。

The Infinity Soybean that I had ordered at Hap-net came home because it was released on April 26th. It is followed Mugen-Puchi-Puchi , i.e. Healing goods , I bought 3 for my family (the one is to tear down and analyze in work). I unpacked and tried it at once. But I felt not to be smooth because of a catch a little. I want to move more smoothly and to be sharp like a real thing. An imitation is such a level.lubricant dispense it , the feeling may improve.

まさか@@Unbelievable !

朝8時半から試合開始ということで、8時前には球場入り。準決勝ということで1試合目に勝つと県大会行きになるらしく、それでほぼ高校の推薦枠も取れるらしいから、親の気合いも違うような気がしたなぁ。午前中は雨模様で風も強く、寒くてコンディション的には最悪。もちろん、撮影的にも最悪なんですけど、今日は一脚とサンニッパだけで参戦（レンズ交換は無理）。試合の方は、初回とその次の会で5点入り、超中学生級のエースの球も走って相手の打球が前に飛ばず、これは楽勝かな？と安心して観戦。このまま行けば、午後の決勝撮影には天気も晴れて良い感じかなぁと思っていたら、最終回の相手チームの攻撃でエースがレフトへ、リリーフピッチャーが登場。うーん、5点差があってどうせ午後は投げないからエースで続投させればいいのに？と監督の采配に疑問を持ちつつも、まぁ、相手の打線のレベルであればすぐに終わるかぁと見ていたら、先頭打者フォアボール。盗塁されノーアウトセカンド。送りバントで１アウトサード。ここでフォアボール。何か嫌な空気が漂う中、次のバッターを三振に打ち取り、あと一人だと思ったら2塁打を打たれていきなり2点を返される。ここでピッチャー交代。エースに戻せば良かったのだけど、別のピッチャーがマウンドへ。彼もヒット2本を打たれて1点差。さすがにやばいと思ったのか、エースに戻したけど勢いは止まらずライト前にフラフラ飛ぶヒットを打たれ、2点返されまさかの逆転負け。相手チームは県大会の優勝候補に勝てると思ってなかったのか、親も選手もワラワラ状態に。もちろん、味方チームは親共に凍り付いたかも。私はすぐさま退散したけど、勝負はわからんもんだねー。

The competition started at 8:30 , so I had entered in the stadium before 8:00. If they win the first game that is semi-final , they can go to the prefecture's cup and get a recommendation of high school entrance , so I felt that their parents was fired up. It was rainy and windy in this morning , and it was cold too , so condition was bad. Of course it also was bad for photographing. Today , I challenged only 328 and monopod (impossible to change a lens). The match started to get 5 points from the 1st and the 2nd inning , I thought that it was one side game , because a ball of the ace pitcher who is super junior high school level ran well and a ball of opponent team didn't fly to the front. If it progress as it is , I thought that it would be fine for the final . But when the opponent was offence of at the last inning , the ace was changed to the left , a relief pitcher appeared. Well , it might not be batted because of the opponent batting level although I thought that the director should let the ace continued pitching because there were 5 points and he would not pitch at the final afternoon. And the first batter got a base for four balls , he stole a 2nd base without a OUT. He was progressed by a bunt , and also four balls , two runners on 1st and 3rd base with a OUT. While some unpleasant air drifted , the pitcher made next batter a strikeout , so we felt relief. But next batter hit and we gave 2 points. Then although we(parents) thought that the ace should come back , the director changed a relief pitcher to another one. He was hit by next batter and gave 2 points. The director seemed to consider that it was dangerous , so he returned the ace to the mound , but the opponent's momentum didn't stop , he unfortunately was hit a unsteady ball in front of the right and gave 2 points ...no kidding! , the opponent came from behind. They and their parents was in a fidget because they didn't think that they won a favorite in the prefecture.Of course , because our side team and parents were frozen hard , so I immediately left there. I do not understand the game.

入った！I can pack GT1540T!

明日は同僚の子供の撮影ということで、撮影準備などを。これはすぐに終わったのですが、そういえば四国へ行く場合の想定もしてみようかと、カメラ機材を出して入れてみたりする。で、Airport Antidoteを出して、GT1540Tを持ちつつ、これってもしかして中に入るかも？と中に入れてみたりする。入ったりする。すげー。まぁ、機材自体は減りますが、家族旅行自体なのでそんなにいらんだろうから、開いているスペースで十分かもしれない。ウエストポーチも持っていくから、実はそっちにも結構機材は入るんだよねぇ。

I prepared for tomorrow photograph of colleague's son. It was immediately finished but I thought how about Shikoku trip. I tried to put camera parts in my Airport Antidote back pack. When I picked GT1540T up in front of the bag , this may be able to be packed in and tried it. Well, if this tripod is packed in , available parts are reduced but I guess that it will not need such a volume , so it may be enough by the remaining space. I am planning to bring my waist porch that it can pack fairly.

あと1日でゴールデンウィークですね。後半の予定は入っていますが、前半はまだスカスカな感じかな。土曜日は同僚の息子の野球大会の決勝を撮影、日曜日は子供の旅行用の服を買いに行く、もしくは神さんにつきあって名古屋市博物館の小袖を見に行くとか、月曜日は免許書き換え、29日はやることが無くて、30日は時間があれば名古屋の警察署にケータイを取りに行く、1日もやることが無くて、2日から5日までは四国方面。休みが5日までだから、帰ってきて翌日が出勤日（それも休日）というのがきついんだけど、子供と神さんがウィークデーが入ってしまうので仕方無いんだけど、ちょっと何とかならんかなー。

It is the Golden Week in a day. The last half of the week has been occupied by a trip of Shikoku , but the first half has been vacant yet. Saturday is to photograph a colleague's son at the final of a baseball competition , Sunday is to buy my son's clothes for a trip , or I will go to the Kosode at the Nagoya City Museum with my wife.Monday is to renew my driver's license. 29th is vacant , 30th is to go to a police station in Nagoya for receiving my cellular phone. May 1 is vacant too , I will go to Shikoku from 2nd to 5th of May. Because the holiday will be till 5th , I must attend at work from the next day(that is the extra holiday) after I return. So I will be hard. This situation will be managed to because my son and wife have week days.

マニュアル化Manualize

私はあまりマニュアルを信用しない派なんですけど、最近の傾向としては「マニュアル化」「手順書」「引継書」っていうのは基本中の基本になってますよね。新しい業務の場合、マニュアルを作ってもすぐに陳腐化するんで、改修し続けなければ用をなさないし、例えば設備の操作手順とかは良くても、プロセスウインドウの設定方法などは、実際にマニュアル化するにはある程度まともな実験や検証をする必要があるので、本格的なマニュアルにするのは担当者だけでは作れないことが多く、結局完璧なマニュアルってできないし使えないし。うちの会社は、特に個人持ちデータや個人ノウハウの塊みたいな会社だったりするんで、強みでもあり弱みでもありますね（そういう情報って電子化されていないことが多いから、Know-Whoが最も大事）。最近の若い奴を見ていると、何かマニュアルに頼りすぎているところがあり（信頼しすぎ？）、何となく心配だったりするんだけど、子供の頃から何でもあるところから始めているから、自分でゼロから構築するってことに慣れてないんでしょうね。良く、マニュアル化・手順化して定型業務は効率化し空いた時間で創造性を発揮させろとか言うけど、元々創造性を養って無いんでできない相談だと思う。マニュアル作りって結構使い手のいろんなパターンを想像しながら作ったりするから、やっぱり業務を覚えさせるたり創造性を発揮させるには、マニュアルをゼロから作らせるというのは良いかも。

Although I don't quite believe manuals , "Manualization" "Procedure" "Take over" become basics of basics on business in recent trend. The manual should continue to be revised in case of new business because it immediately becomes obsolescence after making it. For example , machine operation manual is OK. But it needs that you examine and verify the method of setting a process window firmly. You have to involve special persons in making the manual because a person in charge can not make a complete and useful manual.The strength of my company is depend on personal know-how i.e. personal data but it paradoxically is weakness too. (know-who is the most important in my company because the information has been not computerized yet) When I observed young staff, I found that they depended on some manuals and believe them too much , I worry a lot. I guess , because they started from that is anything when they were young , they are used to construct something from nil. Generally speaking , To "Manualize" and "Make Procedure" make a business efficiency so you ought to show originality in the spare time. But I think they can't have shown originality because they do not cultivate originality. It is good for them to make a manual from nil because they have to think how user uses with many patterns. I think that it is effective for them to let their originality show

新歓

今月入社して配属になった新人の女性の歓迎会。新人歓迎会は常に同じ夜来香という中華料理屋なんですが（いつも空いている）、今日も例外なくそこですね。宴会となると、何となく中華って感じになっちゃって、だんだん飽きてきたかも。新卒だとある程度の上の方々の娘と同じくらいの歳ということになるんだよなー。自分も一回り以上歳が違うというのもあるんだけど、最初は異質な世界という目だったのが、話してみると結構フランクでだったりして意外と親しみやすかったかな。一方、昨年入社のうちの問題児は相変わらず。今月の月報を作っていて、彼のあまりに内容の無い業務報告を見て愕然とする。ここ1ヶ月近く、あまりの仕事の要領に悪さにこっちも切れそうになっているんだけど、さすがにこれだけ使い物にならんと、院卒でこの程度ならいらんぞ！とか思ってしまうなー。

A welcome party was held for new woman comer from this month. A welcome party used to held at the same Chinese restaurant "Ei-Rai-Shan" that is always vacant , Our department's party becomes somehow Chinese food , we may be tired. She is a college graduate , so she is the same age of elder colleague's daughters. Because my age differs more than 12 years from hers , I felt that I saw a heterogeneous world at first impression but I thought that she was frank and companionable after I talked to her. Meanwhile , my staff that entered last year is same pace as ever. When I was making a monthly report , I was astonished to see his business report that have no contents. I almost explode in anger sometimes this month because his point is terrible. If he is of no use like this , I think that postgraduates are unnecessary.

剥がれた！

あんまり期待していないW-ZERO3[es]ですが、壊れると代替機が無いだけに痛いですね。原因はわかんないのですが、何故かPWRボタンが浮いてきてどうも反応が悪いんで、接点系がやられたかもしれない。剥がれついでに、ちょっと大きくめくってみると、下のパッドのシリコンゴムとボタンリッドがくっついて（一体成形？又は接着？）、おそらくこのボタンは長押し用だから下にはペコドームが無いんじゃないだろうか？それにしても、国産PDAで買って正解だったことが無いなぁ。

I don't expect my W-ZERO3[es] as a PDA , but I found that I'm troubled after it broke down. Although the cause is not clear , PWR button becomes looser and bad reaction , I guess the contact point wore out. And it has become so , I tried to turn the lid over slightly big , found that the button lid is stick a silicon gum pad of the below (it seems to be molded to one or fixed by adhesive maybe) . because this button is for hold pushing , it seems not to have a dome contact below the lid. Therefore I haven't had a successful experience by buying a domestic PDA.

のんほいパーク

子供を連れてのんほいパーク（豊橋自然動植物園）へ。今日は暑くて、空は1年に数度とない程の快晴じゃないだろうか。昨日の準備段階でマクロツインライトMT-24EX用にディフューザーを作ってみたので、それを試そうと思ったのですが、よくよく考えると子供も行くんで自由に撮影できないだろうし、日曜日で人も多そうだったので、急遽ライトウエイトな撮影機材に変更。MT-24EXを580EXIIへ、それに伴いマクロスライダーやB87PPPは持っていくのをやめ、三脚はGT3540からGT1540Tへ、鞄はAirport AntidoteからGrass Taxiへ変更。レンズも180マクロと24-70と2本にしたため、Change Upなどのウエストバッグはやめ。現地に着いたら、地元系組合のイベント（無料？）でコロシアム周辺がごったがえしだったから、正解だったかも。

I went to Nonhoi Park(Toyohashi Natural Animals and Plants Park) with my son. It was very hot and I wonder that it may have been the best condition of the sky in a year. When I was preparing photography last night , I made a flash diffuser for my Macro Twin Light MT-24EX so I would try it today. But I thought , that I would go with my son and there might be many people in Sunday's park. I can maybe not photograph freely , therefore I would change my equipment to a light weight one , like as changing from MT-24EX to 580EXII , and a tripod was changed to GT1540T from GT3540 , a bag was changed to Grass Taxi from Airport Antidote , I stopped bringing a macro slider and B87PPP and so on with it. Because lenses were changed to 2 lenses of 180 Macro and 24-70 , I stopped a waist bag like Change UP. There were many people around the Colosseum when I arrived at the spot , therefore I was right.

一通り回ったら、池の周辺にモンキーデッキなるモノが完成しているのが判明。以前はモンキーアパートという狭い檻ではあったのだけど、でかい猿を広い檻に移して周辺をデッキにしたモノ。何か良くわからなかったけど、やっと工事が終わって象からライオンのところへ元通り一気に行けるようになったのは良いかな。ただ、何故こうするんだ？という疑問の声は結構上がっていたかも。まぁ、池の前の博物館の壊れたモニターが並んでいるように、全体的に老朽化しているから、だんだんリニューアルしたいんだろうね。

After we went around the park , we found that the Monkey Deck was completed. It was the Monkey Apartment that had narrow cages before , big monkeys were transferred to big cages and might have made the cages the deck around the pond. I didn't understand something but I felt good that I can pass through to a lion from an elephant as before because the construction was over. And I had heard voice of complaint , people said ,"Why did such a thing make ?" Well , as I found that the museum beside the pond lined up many monitors broken down , the park side may want to renew them little by little because the whole thing became obsolete.
