電子辞書E-Dictionary

神さんが英語をやりたいということで電子辞書を物色。私はSIIのSR-T6500を持っているけど、ATOK連動辞書が快適なのもありほとんど使ってないので、これをあげても良いかなー。ただ、辞書はリーダースでちょっとマニアックというのもあり、英語をやり直したりするにはもうちょっと敷居が低い方が良いかなってことで、文法系のコンテンツが入っているSIIのSR-E6000を購入。個人的には紙の辞書や参考書の方が使いやすいとは思うけど、まぁ、今のSIIの電子辞書は検索が良いからなぁ。

As my wife starts studying English , I am searching an electronic dictionary. I have SR-T6500 of SII but I don't use it at all because ATOK dictionary is very nice , so I may give it to her. However a dictionary that it stores is Readers , so a little maniac. I bought SR-E6000 of SII because I think to be suitable that the threshold is a little lower for studying English again. Personally speaking, it is easy to use a paper dictionary and a paper book , but the latest electronic dictionaries of SII are good for searching.

TOEIC最終仕上げTOEIC FINISHING

試験を明後日に控えて最後の悪あがき。3年ぶりの試験であり、おそらく、200点くらいは実力が落ちているような気がする。リスニングがちょっと心配なので、石井辰哉著「リスニング完全トレーニング」を開始中。彼の著作、「TOEIC 文法完全攻略」は、私のTOEICバイブルであり、これを2週間くらいやるだけで、おそらく100点は得点アップできるはず。以前の最高値は出ないだろうけど、マイナス100点以内にとどめたいところですね。

It was the last resistance to TOEIC the day after tomorrow. My ability maybe seems to drop down 200 point. As I worried to my listening power , I started "Listening Perfect Traning" of Mr. Tatsuya Ishii. His authoring "TOEIC GRAMMAR PERFECT CAPTURE" is my bible , so I expect that my score increase 100 point to study for 2 weeks with it. I think that the best score is impossible but I want to control less than - 100 point.

朝9:20徳島発名古屋行きANA1816で帰宅。今回、行きの時手荷物検査でバーコードをかざして引っかかったのですが、帰りは手荷物検査と最終ゲートでバーコードチェックで引っかかって大ハマり。行きは預け荷物で別途バーコード券が発券され、それをかざさずに最初のチェックインで貰ったバーコード券を使ったことでエラーが出たのですが（っていうかそんなルール普通知らないでしょ）、まぁ、それはすぐに通れたし問題無し。問題は帰りの便で、そもそも、チェックインや荷物を預けること自体が1時間前しか駄目だったし（ANAカウンターは1つ、JALはいっぱいで結構前から開いている）、カウンターが開いた一番最初のチェックインで何故か席が7列目。それも空席が結構あるのに、家族3人に通常4席を引き当てるはずが、既に隣の窓側に座ってるし（あり得ない配席）。さて、バーコードの方は、今日は荷物で貰った券の方をかざしたけど、いきなり通過できず。家族の分は問題無く行けたので先に家族を通し、私の方はセキュリティチェックのところで10分くらい係員が来るまで待たされる。一応通れたけど、ゲートインのバーコード読み取りでも止められて、もうかなり頭に来たかも。ANAなのかJASなのか知らんが、それかプロペラ系がいかんのか徳島空港がいかんのか知らんが、ANAで荷物を預けるのがトラウマになりそう。

I came home in ANA1816 for departure from Tokushima Nagoya at 9:20 a.m. I was stopped at baggage check when I touched my ticket to a checker at a flight of the going. Because I should use a ticket which was given to me when I checked my luggage. Generally speaking , I think that nobody knows this. I could immediately passed there to use my luggage ticket. But I was stopped again at a flight of the returning. They were the baggage and gate checker. In Tokushima airport , ANA's counter was opened 1 hour before of the flight , however JAL's counter was already opened. Although I checked in the most early among customers , it was strange , that my seat was the 7th line, and single customer sat down at the rest seat because it seemed that there were some vacant seats , 3 people of family was assigned to vacant line generally. It was unbelievable. By the way , I touched my luggage ticket to a checker , but I could not pass through a check. I was held up at check and gate for 10 minutes until a person in charge came there for confirmation. I was very angry , I felt that this case may make me a trauma when I check in luggage.

鳴門NARUTO

今日は鳴門周辺で過ごす。まずはここに来て見ないというのはあり得ないということで、遊覧船で渦潮を見に行く。満潮は10:50で大潮のため前後2時間が渦潮の見頃とのこと。ほぼちょうど良い9:30の便で20分のコースを選択、早速出かけると、おー、渦潮すげー。意外と堪能できるモノですね。戻って大鳴門橋の遊歩道を歩き、今度は上から渦潮を。ただ、風が強くて異常に寒いし、時間的には渦潮が終了の時間だったので、ちょっと見られただけですけど。神さんと子供を車でホテルに帰し、自分は大塚国際美術館へ。ここは全てコピー品ですが、ほとんどの洋画が揃っており、私の場合はほぼ撮影目的かな。三脚でじっくり撮影していたら、CFカードを渡されてKissDでクリアしてくれと老夫婦に頼まれたんだけど、そのくらいはマニュアルを参照して欲しいが。ホテルに帰って風呂に入ったり時間をつぶしつつ、夕方からドライブで淡路島へ。鳴門北ICから10分くらいですが、この距離の高速料金で1000円超はさすがに高いね。さて、やっぱり夜景ということで、大鳴門橋を撮影しに行ったのですが、ライトアップしてないねぇ。うーん、情報ではG/Wは点灯するってことだったけど。まぁ、ホテルで阿波踊りが撮れたから良いか。

We spent in Naruto today. If you come here , it is impossible not to see a Uzushio on sea , so we got in a pleasure boat for Uzushio. A high tide was at 10:50 today , so we could see a Uzushio for 2 hours the front and the back of the time. We selected the 9:30 service , and went to a point. Ah! Great! Uzushio. I could enjoy it unexpectedly. The next , we went through the road of Uzu below the Big Naruto Bridge and saw it from the top. It was strong wind and cold , we could sea it a little because of the time when it was finished. I took my wife and son to the hotel , I went to the Otsuka International art museum. All display are replicas , but most of European painting were gathered , my purpose was to photography. When I set my tripod , old couple asked me to clear data by KissD. I hoped that they read the manual. We went to Awaji land by car after that. It took 10 minutes from North Naruto IC , but the fee was 1000 yen , which was expensive. Afterwards , I photographed O-Naruto Bashi at night, But it was not lighted , although I got information to light up in G/W. Well , it was good to photograph the Awa Odori.

イルカとうどんDolphin & Udon

朝食後、徳島からさぬき市の津田の松原海岸に向かう。昨年、鳥取・島根に行った時は、空港に着いたその日から海に入っていたんで、今日もそのモード。瀬戸内海というのもあり、べた凪で風も無く非常に穏やかであり、高松地方は気温30度で夏日じゃないか？と思えるほど（っていうか夏日でしょ）。当然、子供は海パン姿で海を駆け巡る。最初は誰もいないふるさと海岸を独り占め（まぁ、G/Wじゃあ普通泳がないよな）。その後、近くの道の駅で初うどん。中々美味じゃないでしょうか。その後、ドルフィンセンターへ。ただ、予約したドルフィンスイムは15:20からであり、3時間近くは周辺海遊び。しかも暑いよ。SPF50+の日焼け止めを塗ってきたけど、あまり意味がなかったかも。さて、やっとドルフィンスイムの時間になり、ウエットスーツに着替えて生け簀へ。水に入ると結構寒かったのか、あまりイルカに興味がなかったのか、足ヒレで泳いでばかり。うーん、楽しければ良いんだけど、結構高かったんだけどねーとちょっと複雑な思いかも。さて、帰りに津田の松原SAに外から入り、セルフうどんを食す。5時くらいだったので、結構人が多くて10分くらい並んだかな。道の駅で食べたのと違い、ここのは腰があるなぁという麺だったかも。鳴門のホテルで食べたうどんは、ちょっと高級な感じで腰とツルツル感が強い、これまたおいしいうどんでしたが、どこのうどんも麺が微妙に違うなぁ。やはり讃岐うどんは奥が深いね。

We went to Tsuda Matsubara Beach in Sanuki city from Tokushima after breakfast. When I went to Tottori & Shimane with my son last year , my son played in sea from the day that we arrived at an airport , so he was the mode , of course. It was flat calm and no wind because of Inland Sea , and the temperature was 30 degree Cent. in Takamatsu district. I felt that it seemed to be the summer (Just the summer). Naturally , he ran in the sea with swimming pants. First , he played alone in the Furusato beach where nobody swam (Usually speaking , nobody swims in G/W). Afterwards , we ate Udon in the road station near the beach. It was delicious. And we went to the Dolphin Center. But the dolphin swimming that I reserved started from 15:20 , I let him play in the sea surround the center for three hours. Moreover , it was very hot. I painted skin with a lotion of SPF50+ , but it was ineffective. By the way , the time when the dolphin swimming started came at last. My son put on a wet suit and went to the dolphin pond. He felt that he was cold or was not interested in a dolphin when he entered to water , he swam by fin. It was good if he was fun , but I had a slightly complicated feeling because the fee of dolphin swimming was very expensive. We ate Udon again in the SA of Tsuda Matsubara. There were many people in the SA because of 5 o'clock. I waited a queue for 10 minutes. This Udon was different from the road station's , I felt that this noodle was chewy. Udon that I ate in the hotel of Naruto was a little premium grade and soft smooth and delicious , each Udon has the difference. The Sanuki Udon is profound.

方眼マットScale Mat

旅行に行く寸前に方眼マットが届いたので早速交換してみる。何で方眼マットにしたかですが、実はEOSになってから非常に悩んでいるのが、撮影した画面が傾くという点。F-1の時は全くそんなことが無かったのですが、やけに右下がりの画像が多いなぁと思っていたけど、よくよく調べるとどうやらファインダー倍率が上がったせいで、どっちの目で見るかによって、感じる傾きが違うからみたいです。右目で見ると左下がり、左目だと右下がりに感じられるため、変に補正すると実際には傾いた写真になってしまいます。三脚や水準器でちゃんと撮影すれば良いんだけど、手持ち撮影では良く失敗してますね。ということで、今まで全く使ったことがなかった方眼マットに交換。標準のレーザーより暗くて、マニュアルピントはちょっとしにくくなってますが、傾いた写真を撮るよりマシかな。

A scale focusing screen for EOS-1D arrived before going to the trip and I changed over to it. The reason why I selected a scale mat is to make many leaning photographs , that I has been troubled since changing to EOS from F-1. When I used F-1 , I did not do such a thing. I checked EOS's view finder and found that how to see was different depend on peeping eye side. When I peep by right eye , I feel that the left side is a little down , and when I peep by left eye , I feel that the right side is a little down. If I adjust it , a leaning photo is made. When I use a tripod or a leveler , it is no problem , but I fail with holding a camera by hand. Therefore , I changed to a scale mat. It is darker than a standard one and it is more difficult for me to focus than before , but I think that it is better than leaning photo.

四国入りEnter Shikoku

初四国っす。今回は徳島と香川で2県だけですが、これで国内で行っていない県は沖縄、高知、愛媛の3県のみ。夜の便（やっぱりプロペラ）で徳島空港に降りたので、まだ、この辺りの詳細はわかっていないのですが、空港を降りてすぐ椰子の木があったり、ホテルすだちというホテルや徳島ラーメンの店があったりすると、徳島に来たんだなぁと思ったりする。今日の初日だけはホテルクレメントという徳島駅そばのビジホに宿泊。明日からはルネッサンスで贅沢三昧か。

I came to Shikoku for the first time. This time is 2 prefectures of Tokushima and Kagawa only , but I have been to all prefectures in Japan except Okinawa and Kouchi and Ehime. We do not understand this neighborhood yet because we landed at Tokushima airport by plane (with propeller plane) at night. After I arrived at the airport , I immediately saw palm trees , Hotel SUDACHI (Special Products in Tokushima) , Tokushima Ramen , so I felt coming to Tokushima. We stay at Hotel Clement which is a business hotel near Tokushima Station. We plan to stay at The Renaissance resort Naruto tomorrow in luxury.

駆け込みで車2台分、40L程度ですが燃料を入れにセルフスタンドに。いやー、ぎりぎりの時間まで満員ですな（普段ガラガラですが、今日は10分待ちくらい）。まぁ、5/1から30円も値上がりするとなれば、満タンで1000円以上違うことになり、結構大きいですからねぇ。自動車業界に身を置いている自分でさえ、こんな税金無ければ良いのにと思ってしまいますが（これ以上高速道路もいらんだろ）、これでこれまで以上に消費が落ち込むことは間違いないでしょうね。

I went to a petrol station , refueling them 40 litres of petrol. There was no vacancies of cars for last-minute push (there is usually vacant , today was waiting for 10 minitues). A Petrol price rises up 30 JPY per litre from May 1st , if I fill up it , the total is more than 1000 JPY , so the damage of housekeeping money is too big. Even I who work in an automobile industry think that the tax should not be charged to a petrol.

ファームウエアアップデートFirmware Update

G/W中ではありますが、EOS1D系の新ファームが公開されました。2日から旅行に持っていくというのもあってちょっと心配でしたが、Web系の書き込みでは大丈夫ということで、早速試してみることに。今回の改善点は、低コントラストな被写体でAFが迷っていたのを改善するのと、要望の高かった操作性の改善ということで、マルチコントローラーのAFポイント選択可能化と、アクション系カメラマン向けのサブダイヤルのAFポイント選択専用化＆メインダイヤルでの絞り・シャッターの変更可能化ですね。まず、低コントラスト時のAFですが、確かに暗いところや鳥などの小さい被写体では迷うことが多かったので、これは実際にフィールドで試してみないとわかりませんね（っていうか、そんなに不満も無かったのだけど）。あと、操作性の方ですが、マルチによるAFは非常に便利になりました。更に加えて、測光動作時にダイレクトにマルチコントローラーでAFポイントを選択できるようになったのは良い点かな。後は縦位置の時にどうするかだなぁ。やはりこのコントローラーはSETボタンの位置にあるべきかも。

Although it is in the G/W , new firmware for EOS-1D was released. I worry to update it because I bring my camera to the trip from 2nd , but I tried to update after getting OK info from web sites. In this improvement , AF performance for a subject of low contrast , AF point selection by the multi controller , that there were many user's requests. And AF point selection by the sub dial is specialized and a aperture and a shutter speed selection by the main dial for action photographers. The first, the improvement of AF performance , I didn't complain about it but it was sure that AF lost a small subject like a bird or a subject in a dark situation. I can't judge about it unless I try it in the field. The operation's improvement , I feel good and usefully to select AF point by the multi controller. Furthermore , it is good about a direct selection without pushing AF point selection button while metering. The problem is the operation in a vertical position. I think that the multi controller should be positioned at the SET button.

スパイシーモス再び？Spicy Mos Again?

今日は休日だったけど、神さんが寝込んでいたので夜はMOSってみることにする。電話注文で、時間になれば取りに行くだけなので、かなり楽なんですけど。受け取るときに、今日は間違いがねーだろうなとちゃんと確認。今日は大丈夫そう。帰ってスパイシーモスを頼んだ子供が、これチーズが入っているし辛く無いんだけど？と言うので、確かめると確かに普通のチーズバーガーの味。スパイシーモスなんだけどなぁ。ちなみに、先回2月も一度ミスがあって、店長が車で自宅まで届けに来てくれたのですが、今回はバイト2名しかおらず、バイトの子が軽ワゴンを運転して持ってくる（良いのか？）。お詫びということでマグカップを貰ったのだけど、いい加減間違えないで欲しいなぁ。後で、店長から電話があり、平謝り。ただ、中身はスパイシーモスだったらしく、手順をミスったために辛味がなかなか出てこないモノができてしまったらしい。なるほどね。

Although it was a holiday of the Showa , I was ordering something at MOS BURGER tonight because my wife was in bed for a cold. It is easy for me to able to order menus from a phone and to take them out. When I recieved them, I confirmed not to mistake them today. Today seemed to be OK. When I returned to my home, my son said that there was a cheese in and not hot. It was sure not to be hot and a general cheese burger's taste. It should have been a Spicy Mos. It mistaked a Spicy Mos a last time on February , then the manager came my home by a light wagon , there were two part-timers tonight , the one came to my home (Was it correct?). I was given a mug cup for a apology , but it should not be mistaken from the beginning. The manager phoned me later , and apologized to me. And the content was a Spicy Mos , the procedure was wrong , so hot taste didn't come. Right.
